HEALTHY SNICKERS PIE

      HEALTHY SNICKERS PIE 


 It is refined sugar free, paleo, gluten free, vegan, raw, super delicious and extremely easy to make.  It’s full of fiber and healthy fats from the coconut and nuts. Moreover it tastes like an actual snickers bar. Do I need to say more?











You'll need: 

Crust
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • one cup of dates, pitted
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dried coconut

Caramel Layer
  • 3/4 cup dates, pitted
  • 3 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

 Mousse
  • 2 cans full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup





What to do: 

 Crust
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth, then press into a  pie pan. Place in freezer.
         Caramel layer 
  1. Add all the ingredients to the food processor and process until very smooth. Spread an even layer.
Peanut Butter Mousse
  1. Open the coconut milk cans and use only white coconut cream. Add to food processor with remaining ingredients, then process until smooth. Spread evenly.
  2. If you want, top with drizzle of melted dark chocolate.
  3. Freeze overnight.

RASPEBRRY CHEESECAKE

RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE





Ingredients: 

Crust:
-one cup of dried figs 
-3/4 cup of walnuts 
-2 tablespoons cacao powder 

Cheesecake: 
-one cup of cashews 
-one cup of coconut milk 
-1/4 cup of agave syrup 
-3 tablespoons of homemade jam 
-2 tablespoons of coconut oil 

To garnish: 
-100 g of dark chocolate 
-3 tablespoons of jam 




1. To make the crust: pulse everything in your food processor until it all sticks together. Press into the bottom of a small baking tray.
2. To make the filling: blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into your crust and let it set in the freezer overnight.
3. Garnish the cheesecake with melted chocolate and jam.

chocolate muffins

RAW VEGAN CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES



These are probably the best cupcakes I have ever made. Not only are they super easy to make, but they also don’t contain refined sugar. Indeed, all the ingredients are very beneficial for your body. All you need is approximately half an hour and a little bit of motivation. 

You’ll need: 

Cupcakes:
  • 1 cup oats 
  • 1 cup dates 
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder 
  • 1/3 almonds 

Filling: 
  • 1 cup cashews 
  • 1/3 cup water 
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Chocolate frosting: 
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil 
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder 
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

To make the cupcakes: 
  1. Pulse the oats in a food processor until they become a flour.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until all sticks together. 
  3. Press into cupcakes tins and make a whole in the middle for the frosting. Put in the fridge.
  4. To make the frosting blend all of the ingredients until very smooth. Use it to fill the cupcakes. Put back to the fridge.
  5. For the chocolate frosting again mix all the ingredients and than put in on the top of the cupcakes. 
  6. Garnish with chopped chocolate. Let is sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
